Business area “Advisory” is focused on advisory services within the Talent Acquisition. This includes analysis of our clients’ current functions, solicitation support, knowledge mediation, workshops and development of custom strategies to solve the client’s needs.
Business area “Consulting” is focused on working on-site with client assignments and projects. For example, we might step in as support, accelerator or as an interim solution in the position of Researcher, Recruiter, TA-specialist, EB specialist, Lead Recruiter, Head of Recruitment/Employer Branding, Project Manager or Management Consultant.
Right now, we are looking for new great colleagues to our Consulting team. We want to get in touch with people who are truly passionate about the recruitment craft and who are comfortable handling all parts of a recruitment process independently. No matter how long experience you have in the field, we consider it vital that you know your way around the IT/Tech sphere and that you have Search experience.
